Crossfit Kenosha
We believe that everyone deserves a chance to improve themselves, no matter their experience level. Starting a new fitness routine doesn’t have to be scary or embarrassing. The first step is to get out there and try. At Crossfit Kenosha, we are here to support every skill level, from first-timers, to seasoned gym-goers. Our certified trainers are here to keep you safe, teach you new skills, and empower you every step of your journey. Come join our team, we’re ready for you!
BUILDING A COMMUNITY
Since CrossFit is done in a group setting, many of our members have developed and maintained lifelong friendships inside and outside of the gym. Our sense of community fosters an environment where people enjoy being around other people, enjoy seeing each other at the gym, enjoy working out together, and hold each other accountable. The group workouts allow for healthy competitiveness, which is why all CrossFit workouts are timed, scored, and recorded so members can track their progress over time.
Sharing Knowledge while Having Fun
Every class has a coach who provides individualized instruction to help improve technique and technique. All of our coaches are certified, experienced in CrossFit, and are passionate about sharing their knowledge with others to help them improve. They keep your workouts fun by changing them every day. Variety keeps things fresh and constantly challenges you. We run, jump rope, lift weights, flip tires, climb rope….anything that we can find to challenge us. Humans don’t stick to things they don’t enjoy. Our members enjoy CrossFit – so will you!
